The event kicked off with a keynote address from a Google representative. The representative talked about the company's latest products and initiatives, including Google Cloud Platform and artificial intelligence. They also gave a shout-out to the Sri Lankan developer community, saying that the country is home to some of the most talented developers in the world.
After the keynote, there were a number of speaker sessions on topics ranging from Android development to machine learning. I particularly enjoyed the session on artificial intelligence, which gave me a better understanding of how AI is being used to solve real-world problems.
The event also featured a number of networking opportunities. I met some great people who share my passion for development. We exchanged contact information and promised to stay in touch.
